In an industry that is facing a change from technology,
market forces, environmental issues and rising cost,
we see our role to develop into areas where we utilise
existing resources but increase revenue and profits.
During 1999 we identified the need for significant
management changes within the company in order that
we could control the rapid growth, profitability and
yet maintain high quality.
To this end :-
Julian Allen has now taken on the role of managing
- The forward expansion of the company
- New business developments
- Managing the department managers
To ensure constant quality and efficiency in the workshops,
two quality controllers have been appointed. This relieves
one of the time consuming tasks of checking work in
repair and at completion.
With our rapid growth, financially we have appointed
a Finance Manager to control all our costs, expenses
and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly figures so
we can constantly monitor our progress.
Also, due to the growth in our client base and extensive
supply of work, a full time mobile estimator has been
employed.
To ensure good communications all key staff have direct
mobile and R/T link's with each other through an internal
intercom system.
