  1. The Computerised estimate is prepared and either faxed or electronically sent to you or your insurance company.
  2. If one of our current work providers is involved we may be able to send digital pictures to accompany the quote, to speed the inspection process up.
  3. The estimate/images will be inspected by your insurer and authorisation sent by e-mail to us. If images are unavailable or there is any uncertainty involved an incident assessor may be asked to view your vehicle at our premises.
  4. Once full authorisation is received, the parts will be ordered for your vehicle.
  5. Once we receive all the parts, reception will contact you in order to book your vehicle in at a convenient date.
  6. Once your vehicle is on site, repairs will commence within 24 hours.
  7. Your vehicle will then move through all departments step by step, with the quality being monitored between each stage of repairs.
  8. The final process will be your vehicle being cleaned, all lights & levels being checked, and our quality controller signing your vehicle off.
  9. Reception will contact you to arrange the return of your vehicle.
