The fleet of cars we have, belong to us and not your insurance company. We receive no money for these vehicles but must have them to provide to our customers if their agreements states. We request you look after the vehicle whilst in your care in the manor you would expect us to look after yours, including returning the vehicles in exactly the same condition you signed for them in.

You are liable for:

1. Checking oil, water, lights, tyres, etc.
2. All parking tickets, speeding fines, fixed penalties, etc.
3. Congestion Charges (note)
4. All damage whether caused by yourselves or whilst in your care.

Whilst we take every precaution to cover ourselves and you when you sign for the vehicle any damage found on return and not on any of our sheets, you will be liable for. we will pursue this dept through your insurer or yourselves.

Congestion Charging

From the 17th of February 2003 you will have to pay a £5 daily Congestion Charge to drive in the Central London Charging zone between 7am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Vehicles contract hired, rented or managed by Motorvation Body Repairs Ltd. will be liable and it will be the responsibility of the hirer or driver to pay the necessary fees.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card via the Transport for London Congestion Charge website or Call centre (0845 900 1234). You will also be able to to pay by cash and cheque, credit and debit card's at selected newsagents, convenience stores and petrol stations in Greater London. You will also be able to pay by credit or debit card at self-service machines at car parks in the zone and at other selected locations.

If you have driven or parked on a public road in the charging zone during charging hours, you have until midnight to pay on the day of travel. If you pay between 10pm and midnight, there will be a £5 surcharge (so you will pay a total of £10) in order to encourage earlier payment.

If you still have not paid by midnight, a Penalty Charge fee of £80 will be issued to Motorvation Body Repairs Limited, which will be paid and re-charged to you. This service will be subject to our normal £25 administration charge for payment and re-charge of fixed penalty fines.

This re-charge procedure will apply to any congestion charging that may be implemented in the future.
